Hi everyone.
I`m Bianca, I’m from Romania and I’m currently living in the United Kingdom. I came here to study Psychology and make changes in my life that facilitated both my language development and my development as a teacher. I love psychology, philosophy, board games, sudoku and logic puzzles.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
My approach varies depending on the student`s needs. I’m flexible and I like to get to get to know my students and understand what their objectives are, preparing lesson plans accordingly. As stated in the introduction video, there are two quite broad categories of students that I teach:
1. The ones who study English because they need to: for exams, school, work or to move abroad;
2. The ones who just want to learn the language because they enjoy it and want to be able to communicate.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
Depending on the category you are in, my approach can be either rigorous, focusing on helping you develop the specific skills you need to meet your goals or it can be my favourite, the conversational approach. To learn the language and feel comfortable speaking and understanding other people, you need to communicate a lot and expand your vocabulary. The aim of communication is to understand and be understood, so I like using materials that resemble real-life situations, videos, role-play and the thing students hate the most – homework. Bianca prepares very good learning materials for every lesson. Lesson content is well structured and personalised with a good variety of listening, speaking, and reading practices. From introducing art-themed words through watching a television interview with a famous Romanian singer, to reviewing weather related terms by de-coding a dialogue about a weather forecast. Bianca introduces vocabulary at just the right pace and we review words and concepts in regular yet creative ways.

Bianca is a great teacher. She is always prepared, and explains things very clearly for me to understand.
Lessons are interactive and very enjoyable and Bianca is able to adapt them to fill knowledge gaps.
