Ciao! I’m Jovana, a Serbian linguist and Italian language enthusiast with a PhD in linguistics. Summers in Italy perfected my Italian and immersed me in dialects and culture, which I love sharing with students. As a passionate teacher, I blend academic rigor with real-world insights, whether you’re learning Italian, English, or Serbian. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me devouring books or exploring new languages—always with music in the background. I am very easygoing and relaxed. With a PhD in linguistics, I bring extensive expertise in language learning and teaching, so you don’t need to worry about mistakes or challenges along the way. I will guide you to make this journey smoother and will always be available to answer your questions. During my doctoral studies, I had the opportunity to teach Italian as a second language, which was an enriching experience. I have also taught students on various platforms, blending academic rigor with practical insights.
