I am Nancy. I come from Italy and I am here to teach Italian and English, as I am a native Italian speaker and I lived in UK for a period of time.
I am currently studying to take a bachelor degree in Languages and Literature.

I am an open-minded person, an attentive listener and I am flexible to adapt my teaching style, depending on the sudent's need, or level of preparation.
My teaching style is centered on conversation. And through conversation I help the student to improve his confidence, fluency, enrich his vocabulary and improve his pronunciation.
Patience is key and I am free of any sort of judgement towards the student.

My teaching style is mainly focused on conversation. Occasionaly, I will provide some material, such as PDF files, audio, video files and homework.
My approach diversifies and adapts to the student's level.
I'll adjust my speed according to the student's need.
I am patient and I want my students to feel safe and free to make mistakes, because it is through mistakes that you really learn.

A change of plan with our lesson today...... I suggested watching the remainder of La Dolce Vita so that we could discuss it in the next lesson. I never realised how important this film was to Italian Cinema, but with Nancy's explanation I can see why she recommended it to me.
