I am Thanasis from Greece and my passion is to help people improve their speaking skills so that they talk in Greek with confidence.
I teach online full-time since 2012 and I make sure my students improve their speaking skills, interact with confidence and get results. If you are a beginner or want to improve and speak better Greek, that's my specialty.Tôi với tư cách là giáo viên
What to expect from my lessons?
You will take the lessons in an online classroom with updated and colorful materials.
We will use interactive whiteboards where you can take an active part by writing, highlighting, and underlining.
You will get all the materials, audio files and lesson notes.
You will build and master the vocabulary with flashcard games and we will have homework assignments and reviews.Phong cách dạy & bài học của tôi
We will work on
o Speaking Practice on a wide range of topics and real-life situations
o Vocabulary and Grammar Development
o Listening and Reading Comprehension
o Phonetics and Accent Reduction
o Writing Correction and Test preparation
Learning is effective when it’s regular. Reserve your favorite time slots and set a consistent schedule.
For a normal learning pace schedule 2 lessons a week and for a fast learning pace schedule 3 hours a week. Every lesson is 55 minutes.

Thanasis is an excellent teacher. I cannot recommend him enough. He is extremely well-prepared, uses effective material, assigns meaningful homework and gets results.

Another great lesson! I'm really impressed with the materials he has we have the perfect mix of learning new concepts/vocab/grammar and reviewing! My mom is fluent in Greek and was sitting next to me working on her laptop for part of my lesson and she was saying how surprised she is by how fast I'm learning!

I highly recommend Thanasis to anyone who is learning Greek. I have been trying for years to get the hang of the language and over and over again I was discouraged. Thanasis' approach is thorough and simple enough that you don't feel discouraged. Before you know it, you have confidence and are putting sentences together!
I am a language teacher myself, so I know that practice is the KEY to learning a new language. Sessions with Thanasis are just want I needed to get to jump start my journey with the Greek language. The language can be a bit intimidating, but you just have to go for it and soon enough you feel comfortable with it.

Thanasis has made Greek very interesting and he has a lot of patience with my mispronunciations for which I am very grateful. I was glad to learn about the proper way to nod one's head when saying nai or oxi. I like his whiteboard approach.
