A two time graduate in Human resource management and Marketing respectively. I have over 3 years experience of teaching English as a volunteer for a NPO and have been trained as a mentor at one of the best University of Technology in Africa. My first point of entry to teaching would be finding out from the learner what are their focus points, that is areas that they want to sharpen, what kind of learner they are so that when rolling out their lesson plan it's in a form which they can easily understand. My lesson plans will be inclusive of beginner, intermediate and advanced learning ass well as kids learning plan
