We will practice a lot through conversation which will help you to gain confidence in communicating and understanding Italian in typical “everyday scenarios”, and most important we will learn the Italian language using a cultural approach more than an academic one, without, however, neglecting the study of grammar and pronunciation. Our conversation will be setting in a relaxed environment, as if it was a talk with friends.

Teaching is one of my true lifelong passions. After graduating with honors in English and Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Bologna and receiving a CELTA pass A, I have taught for fifteen years to all levels and age groups. I have experienced the public and private school systems in Italy and Mexico, where I taught both language and literature. I am an enthusiastic person and as a teacher I would describe myself as competent, energetic and fun (at least so they say!). I am also very patient and I try to find the right approach for every student, so they can make the most of our classes and feel satisfied with their progress.

I think I have learned to teach not only with the Ditals course and giving lessons, but also with the many language courses I have attended to learn new languages for myself. In fact, not only was I able to learn by observing my best teachers but also by often finding myself on the student's side, stuck without being able to say anything (especially in German;-)). I'm a teacher who guides his students but leaves them a lot of space during the lesson. I think it is important for the students to talk and make mistakes. The more you make mistakes, the more you remember and learn.
