Daily Practice
Speaking of exercise, different people have different choices for it. Usually, cycling and jogging are the sports people like most. Imagining that you are riding a bike along a clear and blue lake. You are surrounded by fresh air and stunning views. Nothing can be better than that to relax you . For most people, it's just a daydream,because their daily full schedule doesn't leave a splace for an exercise which requires a lot of time. In that case, if an exercise can blance work and life,it would be the best. Fortunately, someone have created one. It's called Japanese Walking. This exercise doesn't need special space. It just needs you spend a few time walking to work. On the way to work, you need to walk fast and lightly for three minutes, then walking slowly for another three minutes. According to some studies, it can very reduce stress and improve people's blood system.I have been practicing it for threee days. After exercising for 15 minutes on my way to work, I sweat a little and feel really relaxed and energetic for the whole day.

For me, I really don't want to predict the future, because if I know what will happen around the world tomorrow, nothing can be curious. I will definitely lose the passion and interest for my rest life. This reminds me of a very interesting TV play many years ago. A group a people traveled back to the period of 2000 years ago. Occasionally, the main characters took the medcine which could help the emperor live forever. The emperpr died, but they live for 2000 years. When when finally saw their family, they knew that everything was over. In that case, They lost the power of predicting the future. They didn't know what would happen tomorrow which was very different from what they have experineced in the last 2000 years. In fact, everyone can predict the future. For example, when the sun rises up and set. Spring will definitely come after some days, etc...
