Bathroom accessories I really want to buy some bathroom accessories that I have been needed for some time now. The other day I noticed I have to make a few changes in the bathroom. For starters, I need to fix my faucet because it does not work completely well, the hot water handle has been working on and off. Also, a very perceptive friend of mine told me that I need a new toilet paper holder immediately since the one I have is broken. She even noticed that my shower head was rusty and urgently recommended me to get a new one because she read a scientific article about how they impact badly human health. When she told me this I kind of got ashamed but after a few minutes I decided to do something. I made a list of new bathroom accessories I need to buy, here is the list: a cheap drain, a new plunger, a toilet brush, a fancy toilet paper holder, a hand-me-down squatty potty, a brass shower head they say it could be detachable or fix but I have not decided which one I will buy, a classy squeegee, two wash cloths, an aesthetic soap dispenser, and a red toothbrush holder. How can I make a lot of changes, but on a budget? At least for right now I can use my credit card and get worried the next year. I made up this story to use bathroom vocabulary but on second thought I have to make some changes before 2023 ends.

This topic reminds me of a funny saying which says if you want to keep healthy, you should have breakfast as good as a king, eat lunch like a common person, and finsh your dinner as poor as a beggar. So if you want to lose some of your weight, the first thing is to keep healthy. On this basic, you can choose what kind of foods to eat to keep balance between weight losing and you appetite. Milk, eggs and meat can provide enough protein which is the essential to your body. Especially for breakfast, enough protein can make you muscles feel energetic all day long. Eating much or less protein really depends on you weight and height. Too much or less are both bad for your healthy. After talking about protein, let's realize carbohydrate which directly provides energy for me. What ammount of carbohydrate we need to get depends on wha tkind od job we do.If you are a blue-collar worker, several pieces of bread are nessery for each meal to keep you have enough energy to finish your work. If you are a white-collar worker, less carbohydrate can help you create less fat in your body. Finally, vegetables and fruit are really good for us. Different kinds of vitamins from them can maintain our immune system well. Overall, a best weight loss diet definitely has enough nutrition, but in the correct ammount.
