I was working for four years in elementary school in Croatia as an assistant to children with special needs. There I was helping students whose native language wasn't Croatian to learn Croatian language and other subjects. I was also observing teachers in their work and talking to them about teaching methods. We had workshops and meetings at which we discussed the best ways and methods we can use to help students.
