Before this, I worked for a small consulting firm that specializes in globally distributed teams in large multinational companies. My job consisted of co-facilitating workshops on concepts of workplace dynamics and cross-cultural communication to those who are unfamiliar with them. There was, of course, a strong pedagogical component. The aspect of my job I enjoyed most was dealing with different cultures in international business.
