Teaching 11 languages, currently learning 3 more, 20+ years of experience as a teacher When teaching I take both my schedule and my classes seriously. When a class is scheduled, it is part of my weekly plan and I get ready for it. I conduct a detailed journal of what I have been doing with my student, I write down every session, thus it is easy for me to check what we did on our previous sessions. I used to teach more conventionally, meaning with my students being in the same room as me. In 2021 I started using Skype for my classes (I now conduct my lessons on Teams) and things work out very well. I am always punctual as I respect the time my students take for our lessons, likewise I do appreciate if my students do the same.

I believe in a communicative approach: my students start speaking from day 1 by being introduced to basic structures! These structures are building blocks for creating many sentences. We will also practice specific sounds (pronunciation), and you'll be introduced to new vocab through conversation. Grammar is touched upon when a mistake is made, or when the message is not clear.
