For example, if you book a lesson from 10:00-11:00, and you show up at 10:30, I will still end the lesson at 11:00. If you do not show up during the arranged lesson time, I do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally within 24-48 hours. I do not give refunds for last-minute cancellations.
