I completed training at the National Institute of Education and continue to grow through professional development. As a teacher, I always consider my students as my friends rather than teachers and students and I'll always the materials and methods if they work well if my students or not . I decided to become a teacher to give people the skills that they needed to become literate. I wanted to inspire and motivate others to follow their dreams and work hard in their studies. As a teacher I believe that the student needs to explore a subject and I don't believe in dictation as the best form of learning. In the classroom I like to use a lot of energy as my students will then have the same energy to study hard. I am patient with my students as I understand that everybody learns at a different pace.
