Day 252 / 365 Hi there! I have day off today. Nothing special was today. We just have relaxing time. I cooked grilled chicken with potatoes for lunch. It was very delicious. I'm going to make liver paste for tomorrow. It's really delicious and it's very helpful. I watched a serial "Sherlock Holmes" with Benedict Cumberbatch. It was good, but Russian's Sherlock Holmes is better. I like this kind of movies. We're going to have meeting tomorrow. Our boss called all teachers in the restaurant. I hope it'll be interesting ☺️

Day 252 / 365 Hi there! I had a day off today/It was my day off today (I provided an alternate to saying it I had a day off today. Secondly if you are speaking in the past tense, try to keep all verbs in the past tense therefore have in this sentence is not appropriate). Nothing special happened today. We just had a relaxing time. I cooked grilled chicken with potatoes for lunch. It was very delicious. (perfect sentence structure) I'm going to make liver paste for tomorrow. It's really delicious and it's very helpful (maybe you can elaborate on why you think it is helpful as you are leaving the listener guessing) or did you mean healthy?. I watched a series (serial is not the right word to use here),(I added the comma before the quotation marks. If you do not want the comma you have to add the word "called") "Sherlock Holmes" starring Benedict Cumberbatch. It was good, but Russia's version of Sherlock Holmes is better. I like these kinds of movies/I like this genre of movies. We're going to have a meeting tomorrow. Our boss invited all teachers to a restaurant (invited instead of called is a better option and a restaurant instead of the restaurant, because the restaurant implies that the listener knows which restaurant you are talking about). I hope it'll be interesting (try to tell us a little more about your expectations eg. I am so stoked/excited or I am really looking forward to it. ☺️

Day 252 / 365 Hi there! I had a day off today. Nothing special happened today. We just used the time to relax. I prepared grilled chicken with potatoes for lunch. It was very delicious. I'm going to make liver paste for tomorrow. It's really delicious and it's very healthy (I am not sure what you wanted to say with helpful). I watched series called "Sherlock Holmes" with Benedict Cumberbatch. It was good, but Russian Sherlock Holmes is better. I like this genre. We're going to have a meeting tomorrow. Our boss called all of the teachers to a restaurant. I hope it'll be interesting ☺️
When you are writing a text like this, try not to mix the activities that you had and that you will have the day after, but follow a timeline because that sounds much better and it is not confusing for the reader. All in all, good work! :)

Day 252 / 365 Hi there! I have day off today. We didn't do anything special; we just had a relaxing time. I cooked grilled chicken with potatoes for lunch. It was very delicious. I'm going to make a liver paste for tomorrow. It's really delicious and it's very healthy. (You said "helpful" but this doesn't make sense to me--did you mean healthy?) I watched an episode of the series "Sherlock Holmes" with Benedict Cumberbatch. (Are you taking about a TV series? It seems more natural to say "an episode" and not "the serial.") It was good, but Russian's Sherlock Holmes is better. I like this kind of movie. (...this kind of movie [singular] or these types of movies [plural].) We're going to have meeting tomorrow. Our boss called all the teachers to the restaurant. I hope it will be interesting ☺️ (The only thing about "our boss called all the teachers to the restaurant" -- this implies that we know what restaurant you are talking about. If not, you could say, "our boss called all the teachers to a local restaurant for a meeting.")
