Character is the foundation for all techniques. We had a strong candidate the other day. He performed so well in the interview that we three interviewers decided to had him joined us just after the interview. The our HR did some background checks and found that he had some ethic issues that he would add all beautiful colleagues on social media and asked them out even though he is married. That made us decide to reject him. Even though he was knowledgeable and he was good at thinking and Spanish which we were keen to have someone with all his skills. Because we can teach skills but people seldom change who they are.

Today I went to a fireworks festival. I woke up on time, but I was late because it took a long time to put on my yukata. The friend I went with was very kind, so she forgave me. We ate yakisoba, shaved ice, and a chocolate banana. I had a very fun day. It was a great memory.

Yesterday, after work, I went drinking with my friends from my part-time job. One of them had already been drinking, so they were very drunk, but we gave them beer and highballs. The pickles and miso soup we had while drinking were very delicious and comforting. The group was a little different from our usual members, but it was fresh and fun. Recently, I have been drinking with people from my part-time job more often, so I feel like I have become a little better at drinking alcohol. After drinking, we went to play darts, as usual. I was not very good at it, but playing darts with everyone was really fun. One of my friends, who had already been drinking at a few places, threw up as soon as we got to the darts place. I was also very drunk, but for some reason, when someone throws up, I quickly become sober. So, yesterday, I ended up taking care of my friend again. Today, I have work from 2 p.m., and I am going drinking again after that. I’m so excited!!!

Today, I went to Round One of a competition after classes. At Round One, I played medal games, darts, and pool. When I got home, I had mala soup for dinner. Tomorrow, I have to go to college for make-up classes. In fact, I have English and biology classes tomorrow. Furthermore, I have a biology test next week, so I need to study a lot. I also have a part-time job tomorrow, so it’s going to be a really busy day.

Thanks to going to bed around 10:30 p.m. yesterday, I was able to wake up before 6 a.m. today. However, I went back to sleep and finally woke up at 8 a.m. After that, I spent a lot of time watching TikTok on my phone, playing a soccer game, and watching YouTube on TV. Before I knew it, it was already afternoon. I wanted to clean my room, do the laundry, and make appointments for my hair and nails, but I couldn’t do anything. I have work from 3 p.m. today, so I quickly did my makeup and am on my way now. The weather is nice today, and I have an eight-hour shift at my Yokohama workplace for the first time in a while. To make myself feel better, I am wearing my favorite Comme des Garçons T-shirt for the first time. I think it will be busy today. A lot of small flies appeared in my room yesterday, so I also have to kill them. There are mosquitoes too, and my legs are itchy in some places. I will do my best today too!
