Almost everyone has gone shopping online. We can buy any items online and they can be deliveried to you in just few days or even within 24 hours. In that case, we even buy a tube of toothpaste online instead of going to the grocery stores near our apartments. As more and more people tend to go shopping online, the express companies also try their best to boost the speed of delivering by purchasing planes or buliding their own delivery systems. All they did makes shopping onlie more convenient. Meanwhile, the venders online also make more efforts to attact the consumer's attention. Some of them reduce profits to give the consumers more benefits, but someone make false advertisement to deceive consumers. The items people received are in low quality, which are very different from what they have showed online. They just want more people to buy that kind of items once and earn a lot of money, they never think that the consumers would buy the items again. The websites or APP will ban them selling anything online later. Usually, the price of the items are very low, so people often give up to get their money back. So, if you find a item whose price is much lower than the same kind sold on other online stores, it's probably a defraud!

I came across an article online about the importance of staying hydrated and getting carbs after exercise and workout. So, I want to share it here. I suppose many people already know that exercising and workout is necessary for healthy life. However, that defeats the purpose of doing that if you don't focus on meals. People also may know protein is essential for muscle growth and repair after intense workout and exercise. That's why people, who work out at the gym, need protein as must-have food. On the flip side, it is wrong information that we need to get protein immediately after exercising. There is no issue with muscle growth if you get enough protein we need in a day. On top of that, we also need wafer and carbs besides protein. We should get carbs such as potato and brown rice, not breads and snacks. We need from 1 to 1.5gram per weight 1kg. That means person with 80kg weight should get carbs of between 80 and 120g after exercising. In addition to this, getting about protein of 26g with carbs at a ratio of 3 to 1 makes glycogen create more efficiency. I'll follow this instruction after workout at the gym from now on.
