Dad and I exercised on treadmills for an hour. Later, we studied an informative article about water vapor and snowflakes. I stumbled over one sentence: “Scattered throughout are the other cloud droplets that…”Every time I encounter these inverted structures, I get stuck. Can’t they just start a sentence with a subject, then a verb, then an object? Why complicate things?

It was rainy today, so I felt a little down. But I watched my favorite drama, laughed a lot, and felt better!
