Hi! How to understand "rear its menacing head" in the following sentence? The whole sentence seems to claim that anxiety comes when you are successful, missing when you are occupied with difficulties.... and then I can't figure out or guess how anxiety performs when things are turning well -- tension is revolving 😨 "Anxiety has a knack for striking when things are going well.
