Me can motivate to learn a new language only because all people around me can speak at this language and understand what he want to say, but I'm not. And of course if i want found a work for me, everywhere want that you're know more one language. If you know more languages, then you can get possibility. You can found a cool work, you can watch movies/series at original language, you can reading a books, you can speak with people around the world. That what can me motivate.
