30-day Idiom Challenge #day7

Yesterday, I had a barbecue with people from my part-time job. I was a little late, but everyone was there, and we had a great time. The meat that someone bought was very delicious, and the yakisoba was also really good. After that, we decided to play with fireworks. At first, we thought about going to a park, but we thought the fireworks might be too loud. So, we decided to go to Enoshima by playing rock-paper-scissors. Only a few people had not been drinking alcohol, and only a few people had a driver’s license. So, we somehow asked one person to drive a rental car to Enoshima. I was very happy because it was my first time properly going into the sea at Enoshima. The fireworks were also very fun. At the end, we did sumo wrestling on the sand. I felt like I had become a child again. It was very nostalgic, and I had a lot of fun for the first time in a long time. At the end, I almost fell into the sea, but the boys were kind and put me down before I fell in. After that, one person drove almost the whole time and took everyone home. We had fun until the very end. I made a really great summer memory. I want to make more memories with everyone again!

I went to the dentist today. After that, I went to my part-time job. I’m looking forward to summer break starting soon. Good morning. I really hate summer in Japan because it is so hot and humid every day. I had a part-time job yesterday, and it was very hard to work in such hot weather.
