Please correct my English composition. I visited the dermatologist today. 2 weeks ago I went there and was said to come back two weeks later. The door of the clinic open at 8:40AM, and I went there around 8:30AM, but four people were already lined in front of the door. After I entered the clinic, I realized I had forgotten my wallet and medical card. I waited my turn while looking at my ipad and studied Italian. In the end the light-brown parts on my right hand were completely benign. I felt relieved. ☕ Is Coffee Actually Good for You? Let's be honest: many of us can't imagine starting the day without a cup of coffee! ☕ Besides tasting great, coffee has some health benefits. It contains caffeine, which helps us wake up, feel more energetic, and stay focused. That's probably why people say coffee perks them up! ⚡ Coffee is also rich in antioxidants, which help protect our cells from damage. 🛡️ Some studies suggest that drinking coffee regularly may reduce the risk of certain health problems, such as type 2 diabetes and Parkinson's disease. However, too much coffee isn't a good idea. 🚫 It can make you feel nervous, affect your sleep, or even cause a racing heartbeat. So, how much is too much? It depends on the person, but moderation is key. Overall, enjoy your coffee, but don't overdo it! 😊

I have a copy of *Sense and Sensibility* at home, but I find it quite difficult to read. Perhaps contemporary novels are easier to understand because their language is more familiar to modern readers. People often focus on what they lack rather than what they already have. When they are sick, they complain about their suffering. When they recover, they may quickly forget their difficulties and fail to appreciate what they have received. I think it is quite rare for people to say that they are healthy, happy, and satisfied with their lives. Many people naturally talk about their problems instead. Personally, I want to appreciate what I have rather than constantly complain about what I do not have. For example, even when the weather is unpleasant, I can still be grateful that there has been no natural disaster in my area. When I watch the news and see wars, disasters, and other tragedies around the world, I realize how much I should appreciate the peace and safety of my daily life. I also believe that gratitude should extend beyond God to the people who help us. They may not expect money or any other reward, but we should still express our appreciation. A simple thank-you can show that we recognize their kindness. I want to cultivate a more grateful heart. Instead of focusing on what is missing from my life, I want to recognize the good things I already have and thank God for them. I also want to remember the kindness of others and express my appreciation more often.

Hello! English tutor Alice here. Here's some information about me. I'd love to know more about you. I have lived in the US my entire life and I've never been overseas. What country do you live in? Have you ever been over seas? I have been to Canada but not since the mid 1990's. I have been to multiple states here in the US. Here's a few of them that I have visited. Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Indiana and California. Some may wonder... Alice... Why have you not traveled overseas before? Well the answer is simple. Actually I have a few answers for this. First of all... the United States is massive. Depending on where you live in a state, it could take anywhere from a few moments to a few hours to just get to the state next to yours. And traveling across country can for some Americans feel worlds different. Cost of traveling. The cost to travel overseas is quite expensive. And the flights last many hours, much longer than a domestic US flight. Many of those flights are what we call 'Red Eye' flights....where the flight is during our over night hours. Which maybe stressful to some. The fastest flight from my hometown airport in Kentucky to London's Heathrow airport is 7 hours and 40 minutes. The fastest flight from my hometown airport in Kentucky to Los Angeles LAX airport is around 5 hours. Some people, like myself do not like flying. I find it incredibly stressful. I have flown a few times before within the US but it's something I get a lot of anxiety about. Plus also factor in the cost of lodging and food when traveling. Cost of transportation when landing. I think for some international students the massive size of the US and the distance between major cities that one would visit is something that is hard to realize. Did you know...even with living in the US my entire life... I have never been to Seattle, Washington DC, New York City, Chicago, Dallas or New Orleans. That's just some major cities that I've never been to.
