わたしは、毎日（まいにち）7時に おきます
まず、歯（は）をみがきます　
それから、水（みず）を のみます
それから、顔（かお）を あらいます　
朝ごはんは　たべません　コーヒーを のみます。　コーヒーをのみます
それから、家のそうじをします
そして　洗濯をします
10時に　オンラインで日本語のレッスンをします
12時まで、レッスンをします
12時に、ランチをつくります
私のランチは、サラダです
たくさんたべます　
それから、ジムに行って、運動します
午後2時から、また、オンラインで日本語のレッスンをします
午後6時まで、レッスンをします
6時に、夕食をつくります
夕食は、チキンを食べます　
私はチキンが大好きです
