【日本語podcast】Natsumiは、ただ普通に話したいだけ Just wanna talk naturally in Japanese

Hello! Today I'm going to talk about "Kairanban", which is one of the communication tools in our living area.  I think Kairanban is a old way but still important for our community.

「回覧板（かいらんばん）」
私の住んでいるところでは、地域のイベントのお知らせなどが　回覧板で　まわってきます。
今日も地区の運動会のお知らせがポストに入っていました。
地区の運動会とは、学校の運動会ではなく、その地区に住んでいる人ならだれでも参加できる運動会です。１年に１回、だいたい１０月の「スポーツの日」のあたりで行われます。　私も子どものころはその運動会をとても楽しみにしていました。なぜなら、競技に参加すると　お菓子などの小さなプレゼントがもらえるからです。学校の運動会では　そういうことはありませんからね。
先ほどから「地区」の運動会と言っていますが、地区は、一つの公立小学校ごとにだいたいあります。　その小学校に子どもたちが　歩いて通える範囲の町（ちょう）が　一つの地区になっています。
「町」は一つの地区の中にいくつもあります。　そして、各町ごとに自治会があります。自治会は　そこに住む人たちで組織されているコミュニティのことです。自治会に入るかどうかは　自由に決めることができますが、昔からそこに住んでいる人は、だいたい自治会の会員になっています。　自治会では、自治会主催で町全体のそうじをみんなでしたり、季節のイベントをしたり、近所に住んでいる人たちと知り合うことができます。
そして、その案内が回覧板で知らされるのです。　回覧板は、近所に住む数軒の家族の中で、見るようになっています。1グループはだいたい５軒－10軒です。　自治会から1軒目のうちのポストに回覧板が入れられたら、内容を確認して、次のうちのポストに入れます。そうして、案内が自治会員全員に伝わるようになっています。
回覧板が来たら、1日、2日の間には次の家に回すべきですが、忙しくしているとうっかり忘れてしまうこともあります。1週間ぐらい　止めてしまったこともあります。そんなときは、心の中で「ごめんなさい」と言いながら、次のうちのポストに入れておきます。　
正直、ちょっとめんどくさいシステムだと思います。今どき、紙をつかった伝達ですよ。ネットがこんなに普及しているのに・・・。でも、仕方がありません。町内にはネットに精通していないお年寄りもまだまだたくさんいます。　
この古臭いやり方のほうが、将来的には珍しいやり方になって、受け取った人の印象に残るかもしれませんしね。
