بِشَكِل عَام, الإِخْتِرَاعَات أول شِي تَبْدَأ بِالجَيش وبَعْدَين تَنْتَقِل إِلى النَاس.
بِالثَمَانِينَات الإِنْتَرْنِت صَار مَسْمُوح بَين النَاس.
