In this episode, I talk about my two main goals for the year:

Podcast Consistency: I aim to create and upload episodes twice a week, more than I did last year. Let me know what topics you'd like to hear about!

Swimming: I’ve started going to a local sports center twice a week. Currently, I can swim about 15 meters using the breaststroke, but my goal is to reach 50 meters! 🏊‍♂️

私は今日(きょう)、カフェで、
新(あたら)しい友達(ともだち)に出会(であ)いました。

私は今日、夫(おっと)と、カフェに行きました。

私たちはコーヒーがとても好きなので、よくカフェに行きます。

そこのカフェで、ある女性(じょせい)と出会(であ)いました。

彼女(かのじょ)は、ほとんどロシア語を話していましたが、

たまに日本語をつかっていました。

バリスタにロシア語と日本語で、話しかけていました。

日本語を話しているのを聞いて、

私は彼女に話しかけました。

すると、彼女は日本語を勉強していると教えてくれました。

日本がとても好きで、日本に住(す)みたいと言っていました。

私たちはInstagramを交換(こうかん)しました。

また、ちがう日に、一緒(いっしょ)にカフェに行くことを約束(やくそく)しました。

新しい友達ができて、とてもうれしいです。

彼女と一緒に、

おはようございます！Atsushiです。
今日の天気は曇り。
気温は朝なので18℃。寒いですね。


さて、今日は青森県について、話します。
青森は聞いたことがありますか？

青森は北海道の下にある都道府県の名前です。
大きさは、9,600km2
人口は、120万人

県の木はヒバ
県の花はリンゴの花
県の鳥はハクチョウ

です。

人口は全国で31位。
大きさは全国8位。

湖や山などの自然が数多く残されています。
世界遺産(せかいいさん)の白神山地(しらかみさんち)があります。

青森は農業が有名です。
特に、リンゴ、ナガイモ、ニンニクは、
全国一の生産量です。

祭りは青森ねぶた祭が有名です。
ねぶた祭りは、大型の灯籠(とうろう)を作って、まちを練り歩きます。
毎年8月のはじめぐらいから、1週間近く、お祭りがあります。

灯籠(とうろう)には、日本や中国の伝説(でんせつ)や歴史上(れきしじょう)の人物(じんぶつ)、歌舞伎(かぶき)、神仏(しんぶつ)などをテーマにすることが多いようです。

個人的には、ねぶた祭りはまだ見たことがないので、必ず見たい！と思います。


青森のことを簡単に紹介しました。
