Hiyashi chuka is a cold Japanese dish with Chinese noodles and various toppings. Popular toppings for it are egg crepe strips, cucumber, ham, tomato and so on. It’s not as famous as ramen, but it’s a feature of Japanese summer. 🎐 I wonder if hiyashi chuka is known outside of Japan.
