Most teachers have little understanding of their students' cultures, languages, and needs and tend to teach all in a standard method. I know a Chinese or Korean student has vastly different goals to a Peruvian student so I tailor make my courses to focus on the end goal. I am a teacher, but that does not mean business success and rewards are unimportant. I have run successful businesses in Europe and the Far East working for world-famous multi-national companies specializing in Marketing, Career Development, HR, CRM, and E.commerce.
