The weather in Hanoi has been changing all the time. It marked with heavy rain for several days then it became scouching hot and now, it has been lightly rain while it is much cooler. I like this weather the most even though it is wet outside.

Different from the traditional work schedule, I work from Monday to Saturday. With only one day off, it's essential to prioritize self-care and to find a nice way to recharge. As we age, our bodies and minds may require more rest and recovery after a demanding day. However, I don't think mindlessly scrolling through the phone is a productive way to spend my Sunday, because it can not bring me a sense of fulfillment or satisfaction. I need to learn to engage in activities that can stimulate my creativity, curiosity and self-development.

Getting rid of screens at least an hour before sleeping, and sleeping for at least 8 hours really works wonders if you follow the routine regularly.

This trend is resulting from more availability of advertising slots, and considered to be positive because increased publicity of charities will raise public awareness and donation for them. There has been less demand for advertisements, which leads to lower advertising fees and higher accessibility for charity organizations. During a severe economic depression, companies reduce expenses, including advertising cost. This shift has typically been seen in the Covid-19 pandemic, and charity ads have taken the opening slots. Frequent charity advertisements are benefitial for the society. People will be informed of tragedies happening around the world and cannot stay indifferent to those who are suffering. In addition, online advertisements lead to the payment website seamlessly, contributing to more donation. To summarise, charity organizations are taking advantage of cheap advertising fees, which they otherwise could not afford. This trend will influence the society in a positive way that encourages people to help others more often.

I know some of the people may think parents will be the most influential people for child's learning, i would agree with this only if the children came from a complicated and poor family. For a normal family, children can grow up in confortable and safe living environment where children can live more independant and become confident. IN my experience, I see a lot of normal families where parents did't have high education but their children can grow up healthy and have a great academic result. I think the most important reason is that children study in a good school where teachers can educate students well. Therefore, i believe a good teacher is a crucial element that help nurturing students attitude and stimulating their interest to learn. Thank you@
