In different periods of my life, the food I liked most often changed. Especially when I was a teenager, the food cooked with a lot of spicy seasonings always made me feel mouthwatering. I didn't feel bad even after eating more. So, I thought that my favorite food was any kinds of spicy food. Until when I was not that young, I began to be afraid of eating any spicy food, such as hot pot ,because when a strong pain came from my stomach after eating a hot pot, I realized that those tasty food which I once often ate slowly destoryed my health. I started to quit "my favorite food", but It's very diffcult to keep away from any spicy food. My friends still invited me to have hot pot. The food with strong aroma were always attractive. Fortunately, I did it. I begin to cook food without adding any spicy seasonings. The plain taste gives me a great hint that I will have a good sleep without a stomachache. Speaking of which I suddenly remember a saying : if you don't listen to a good suggestion from an elder, you will definitely regret what you did oneday. This reminds me of my worried parents who persuaded me not to eat too spicy many years ago, but I didn't care!
