Today, I went to karaoke with my friend who sings very well. I enjoyed it about 3 hours. Singing is very good thing to stress relief to me. When I feel many stressful, I usually go to karaoke alone or with friends. My favorite thing. I'm not good at singing well, but singing is very fun! I usually sing "Mr. Children". They are Japanese band. They makes very good songs. The vocalist is Kazutoshi Sakurai. His characteristic is high tone voice. When I heard their song at first, I was so touched. His voice is so attractive. My one dream is to go to Mr Children's live concert. But they are very popular in Japan, so it's hard to get a ticket. I want to go to their concert at least once. My best song in their is "Innocent World". It has a great lyrics. On the other hand, it is very difficult to sing to me.

Today, I talked about reasons why most Japanese like baseball with my friends. Unfortunately, I don’t like baseball although I was born in Japan. That’s because it is too long to watch and there are many difficult rules. My friends said that the roles of baseball are changed by the obvious timing “three outs.” Therefore, the players also can change their mind easily. Other friend said that there are not physical contact in this sports. Japanese bodies are not bid and muscle when are compared to foreigners’ player. In fact, basketball is not suitable because American and Chinese player are very tall, so they can get the point by throwing ball to the goal about three meters higher. I had a hard time today. I got off the train in the morning and tried to get through the ticket gate, but I couldn't get through it. Because I got off at a station where I don't usually get off. I tried to pay for the insufficient amount, but I couldn't use my credit card, so my friend paid for me. Thanks to my friend's help, I was able to go through the ticket gate. From now on, I want to thoroughly review the payment method, check my commuter pass when I use a station that I don't usually get off at, and carry some cash with me. I am very grateful to my friend for helping me. She is always kind enough to help me. I also want to be the kind of person who can help my friends. I think that laziness is a disadvantage. Last weekend, my university held its annual festival, and I was one of the committee members in charge of organizing it. From the preparation days to the event I worked hard every day. I often stayed late to finish setting things up and had to wake up early in the morning, so I still feel sleepy even now. On top of that, I have many assignments to do for my classes, so I haven’t been able to get enough sleep. Although it was tough and exhausting, I’m glad I joined the festival committee because I felt a strong sense of accomplishment. Every day has been hectic, and since the flu is spreading these days, I'm not good feeling completely well. Still, I want to take good care of my health and stay positive and energetic.

I recently celebrated my birthday. Reaching an age that feels like a big milestone for me gave me a strange and special feeling. The day before my birthday, my coworkers at my part-time job celebrated with me, and on the day itself, I received many warm messages from my family and friends. I was reminded of how happy it feels to be celebrated and how lucky I am to have such wonderful people around me. Since I’ve become a little more of an adult, I’d like to introduce a phrase that I value deeply. It’s something my high school teacher once told me: “The best is yet to come.” I tend to think that student life is the most enjoyable time in life, but hearing those words from someone with more life experience made me realize that there are still many fun and wonderful things waiting ahead. Because of that, I now feel excited to keep enjoying life and look forward to what’s to come.
