It’s overcast today. After school, I walked with MeeMaw to the church for her service. To be honest, I had a rough day—I bombed my math quiz, got detention, and even had extra homework assigned. But all that can wait. Right now, nothing’s more important than being there for MeeMaw. Dad’s already going over my math problems again. He’ll find a way to help me catch up, like he always does. It never fails.

Today I gave presentation. I didn’t make any major mistakes because I had practiced a lot. However, I spoke a little too quickly. It was a day that made me realize all the practice I put into my presentation was worth it.

Today, l had a speech in English class. I thought I memorized it, but I forgot. Anyway, I'm glad I got through it.

This is an interesting topic that I really want to say something. Why I am curious about predicting the future is about the development of AI. We always talk about industrial revolution, from Watt invented steam engine to information era, some new things always appeared all of a sudden which caused us being scared of the future. May years ago, when Nokia 3310 released, we thought that the world would be controlled by Nokia forever, because their products led us into a new era which was full of advanced technology and convenience. But when their market share dropped from 70% to 3%, we were forced to use smart phones without feeling excited as when we got a new Nokia phone. We began to concern about what would be invented to replace smart phones in the future. AI appeared without any indication, but It has been changing the world quickly. We have got used to accept new things and try our best to learn it. We just want to know what will appear to replace AI in the future.
