I achieved over 6,000 steps today!! Great!! Well done👏👏 This weekend I visited my parents' home and had a wonderful time with them. We ate "Sukiyaki" with great beef in it.🥩🥩 I asked my mom to cook it because I haven't eaten enough vegetables lately, and I wanted to make up for malnutrition. I forgot to take a picture😥😥 Every time I visit my parents' home, I can't stop eating because everything my mom cook for me is amazing. At first I felt guilty not be able to stop eating, but I don't want to try to lose weights anymore, since I realized weights is just a number. The more important thing is to stay healthy both mentally and physically. When I go on a diet, I tend to put too much pressure on myself and feel unnecessarily very stressed. I decided not to care about weight itself too much, and focus on staying fit. That's why I've tried to walk moderately everyday, aiming to improve my mental health!

Imagine what will the students obtain and who they are going to be if learning academic knowledge only. Will they be wiser, more successful and the person who can really live up to our expectations? It's hard to guarantee. As far as I'm concerned, "learning academic knowledge" is important but not the most important task for students. Wealthy knowledge though the students can acquire, they'll find it arduous to get along with others even themselves when it comes to more complicated circumstance in their life roads. Furthermore, it's totally a waste of time if the students have no idea why they study, who they truly are and what they are going to be, but just studying the whole day and pleasing teachers as well as parents. Of course, most of people insisted that "learning academic knowledge" can change our life paths and regard it as the holiest things. However, they haven't realized that the person who changed his/her life through knowledge was on the basis of knowing whom he/she is and what he/she wants. Without the deep understanding of ourselves, the life and the world, how can we accomplish our own values by the knowledge we learned? Thus, it's more fundamental to make students know who they are, what they are going to be, how to communicate with people around and then teach them how to acquire knowledge themselves. Moreover, learning from mistakes and the life is as necessary as learning academic knowledge. To be an intelligent person in the face of choices and a perseverant person when facing the adversity are the important tasks students need to foster as well. In a nutshell, there's nothing wrong with "learning" itself, but "why learning and learning what" should be attached the great importance. The sun was shining bright today. Just like any other day, I spent the whole day lounging with my MeeMaw. She came over around lunchtime, and we decided to get crafty. We dug into my “trash box” filled with all sorts of materials, and it just so happened that I had recently read about dream catchers. Inspired, we decided to give it a shot. MeeMaw took charge of the weaving while I handled the gluing. However, our final creation didn't quite turn out as expected. The rim was too bulky, and the netting was a mess. It ended up looking more like a wind chime that doesn't even chime. By the way, I just know my cat will definitely chew off its feathers, soon or very much soon.

A few seconds ago, I watched a video on YouTube. In the video, the Korean guy ask to the people "1 dollar or mystery gift?" and the people chooses one. First guy don't say anything, but the second guy responsing "Mystery gift". On final, the Korean guy gave a tv to second guy and everybody on the hall stay very impressive and surprised.
