After experiencing many sleepless nights, I fingmally made a decision to change something. First, I forced myself not to go to bed before feeling exhausted, but failed. Then I tried to watch some interesting movies before bed, but I still kept awake on bed. When I was ready to give up, one night, I put on my earbuds and wanted to practice listening. I listened to the English conversations one by one. I even thought that I could do it until the next morning. Then something weird happened, I quickly felt tired and fell asleep in 30 minutes. Doesn't it sound amazing? From that on, I had a good sleep quality every day with my earbuds on. I really don't know what happened on my brain, but fortunately, I found the best way to improve my sleep quality. In fact, at the first a few minutes, I carefully listen to English which also improve my English. Now, I just set a liaying time limit for 20 to 30 minutes on my phone after lying on bed, then everything goes easily! After 20 to 30 minutes, the app will be automatically closed. Then I definitely have a nice dream!
