こんにちは, Hola, Hallo, 안녕하세요, 你好, Olá, مرحبا, שלום, Γειά σας, Ciao, Bonjour, Sannu, Bawo, Ndewo, I ni ce, مرحبا, سلام, Привіт, Привет! Hello English Students! Below I have a mini lesson about the indefinite articles for you! If you enjoy it, please consider checking out my schedule and booking a trial session with me! ^^ - Picking which indefinite article to use can be tricky, depending on the sound of the word. Some words start with a consonant sound, some with a vowel sound, and some start with a consonant letter that is silent but sounds like a vowel! 😤 For example, you might say, “I saw a fox out in the woods the other day.” Here, we use “a” because the letter “f” in “fox” has a consonant sound. But what if we add an adjective before the word “fox,” like the color “orange”? Now the sentence becomes: “I saw an orange fox out in the woods the other day.” Here, we use “an” because “orange” starts with a vowel sound. Remember: 1. If a noun or adjective starts with a vowel sound, use “an.” (an apple, an hour) 2. If a noun or adjective starts with a consonant sound, use “a.” (a cat, a year) 3. If a noun or adjective starts with a consonant letter but is silent and makes a vowel sound (like “h” in “honor” or “hour”), use “an.” (an honor, an hour) In the sentence below, which indefinite article should we use?
I went to the store to buy ____ green apple.

I wrote an essay leading IELTS standard. Could you help and indicate my mistakes if they are? It is considered that government is supposed to provide people by a basic income even though they do not have any job. I absolutely agree with this opinion and believe that it is a right policy course. First of all, I think that It makes people much more confident and secure. It is often the case when an individual lost their job or cannot find an appropriate one. In this case scenario, a basic income is significant to help people to get by while looking for work. For instance, during coronavirus-2019, a large number of people lost their job unexpectedly and government payments helped people to buy essentials like food and rents. That is why it is important to have the opportunity to get a basic income. Furthermore, a universal income allows human-beings to seek better jobs, get further education or start a business. In other words, there is no need to be afraid of financial status or possibility to lose the income and left without money. For example, researches in Finland in 2018 has shown that participants who received unconditional payments were more likely to engage in entrepreneurial activities and hobbies compared to those who does not have such support. In addition to that, people potentially monetize their interests due to lack of financial stress. Thus, a basic income ensures financial stability during uncertain times, allowing individuals to concentrate on looking for a new job without the added stress of financial insecurity. To sum up, I firmly believe that a basic income is rational policy because it makes people assertive and focused on finding better job.

Hello, English students! I'm curious—who are your favorite artists or groups in the genres below? What do you like about their music or performances? How does their music make you feel? I'll go first: I enjoy all of the above—American, Japanese, and Korean pop! I think they all have excellent production quality and interesting dance choreography. I find K-pop particularly intriguing. One song I specifically love is "ON" by BTS because it's super energetic, and the choreography is so cool! It always makes me feel energized! Artists who perform those complex dance routines while singing at the same time always impress me! I think it takes a lot of breath control and spatial awareness of the other members. Please feel free to share a few sentences about them! I look forward to learning about your favorite artists and groups!
Which genre of music do you enjoy the most?
Korean pop
Japanese pop
American Pop
All of the above!
