From (b)→ (b) It was this ticket that he gave to George. From (c)→ (c) It was it that he gave to George. ( I look at this sentence and feel something is so wrong with it. Isn't it a wrong sentence?, in this occasion, how to express this meaning?) From (d)→ (d) It was it that he gave George. ( it has the same feelings as the above to me.)
