Another busy week has passed. Something that no one had expected happened this week. A teacher quit his job suddenly after he argued with another teacher. Not only that, but he told his students that he was forced to leave by the other teacher, which created a series of chaos among the students. Some students even showed aggressive attitudes toward the other teacher. I had never imagined encountering something so dramatic working as a teacher. Even though my job often exhausts me and sometimes I can’t help but consider quitting my job, I think the way this teacher did it is irresponsible and even childish. Again I realized that however tough the situation is, adults have to deal with problems calmly and tenaciously. Running away from the problem can never lead us to the solution.

In oktober 2023 I started to go jogging in the park nearby to us. The time before that I was continously ganing more weight because of my apprenticeship as an IT speicialist where I sit eight hours a day. I then thought working out at home for 20 minutes two or three times a week would help but that was not fun for me. In the dual apprenticeship I do we stated to have sport lessons for 90 minutes a week. My sport teacher firstly told us the basics of why we even do sport and how the humans body is using the different energy types from short term to long term shugar. I then realized woking out for 20 minutes doesn't even touch the fat I wanted to reduce. He told us doing endurance sport is the perfect type of sport for this. Additionaly he annouced a 10 kilometer run and with my allergy and a kind of asthma I thought this would be horrible and would give me bad marks. From then I started to train for the 10 kilometer run every week and started tracking It with mobile phone apps. The correct running shoes and running clothing is essential for that. Doing this physical exercise three times a week motivates me and activates me at the start of the day because during that my heart pumps a lot of oxygen though my body. After about one month I started to feel a runners high and running was fun since then. This showed me again even though I thought this was almost impossible it is possible to accomplish. Doing physical exercise was healthy for my body, I am feeling more awake after it and it shows me and others around me that I have a lot or mental strengh. I would everyone recommend at least trying out a type of endurance sport. I saw so many tpyes of people at different day times from young to old who at least tried.
