*A Passage About Minimalism* Minimalism is a lifestyle where people choose to live with fewer things. It means only keeping what is useful or brings happiness. Many people today are trying minimalism to feel less stress and more freedom. In a minimalist home, you don’t see too many decorations or furniture. Everything has a purpose. People also buy fewer clothes and focus on quality, not quantity. This helps save money and space. Minimalism is not only about things. It’s also about time and energy. Minimalists try to say no to activities or people that don’t add value to their lives. This gives them more time for family, hobbies, and rest. Living simply can be hard at first, but many people say it makes life easier and more peaceful. Minimalism teaches us to enjoy what we have and focus on what really matters. It's a way to live more clearly and calmly.

Last week was very hard for me because I caught the flu. At first, I thought it was only a small cold, but soon I had a fever and felt very weak. Because of this, I had to stay home and rest. I was very disappointed because I had many plans with my friends. One of the biggest plans was to go to the Christmas market together. I was really looking forward to it because I love the lights, the music, and the warm food that people sell there. My friends and I had talked about it for weeks, and we were excited to take pictures and enjoy the holiday atmosphere. However, when I got sick, I had no choice but to cancel. Another plan was to go out for dinner with my friends. We had chosen a restaurant that we all wanted to try. It was not easy to find a day when everyone was free, so I felt sad when I had to cancel. My friends understood, but I still felt guilty because it is always difficult to match our schedules. Everyone is busy with school, club activities, and family. Now I think the next time we can meet will be in January. It feels far away, but I hope I will be healthy by then. I want to enjoy time with my friends without worrying about sickness. This experience taught me that health is very important, and I should take better care of myself.

🔆🔆How to Form Habits🔆🔆 Forming a new habit takes time and practice. First, choose a simple and clear goal. For example, “I want to read for 15 minutes every day.” Small goals are easier to follow. Next, do the habit at the same time each day. This helps your brain remember it. You can connect the new habit with something you already do. For example, read after breakfast or take a walk after dinner. Try to do it every day. If you miss one day, don’t give up. Just start again the next day. It’s okay to make mistakes. Also, reward yourself. After doing your habit, say something nice to yourself or enjoy a small treat. Tell a friend or family member about your goal. They can support you and help you stay on track. With time, your habit will become part of your life. Be patient and keep going!
